Although located within a housing complex, it's comfortable, quiet, and quiet. It's not too far from the main road, about 50 meters, very close. Rooms are limited, with only 10 available, but you can choose between a fan-type room with an outside bathroom or an air-conditioned room with an en suite bathroom. You can also upgrade from a fan-type room to an air-conditioned room, provided there's a vacancy. The additional cost is small and still affordable. What's impressive is the kitchen service, which offers a variety of food, drinks, and snacks. All are very budget-friendly.

The location is strategic from the city center and station.

For the price, don't expect too much. Bathroom facilities: apparently the shared bathroom is not mentioned in the application. A shared bathroom is still worth having a gas station though. The partition between the rooms is made of partitions, not walls, so you can hear what the next room is doing. Be prepared to bring a cable/power outlet, the minimum plug is enough for STB & TV. Bringing children will be charged per person, not mentioned in the description. Don't ask for an extra bed, the room is enough for 2 single beds only. Bringing a large suitcase is already not spacious enough.

The AC didn't work even though we stayed for three nights. The homestay was extremely slow to handle the situation, even after checking out the AC wasn't fixed. The bathroom didn't have a seat, the room wasn't soundproof, and the room was cramped. And one of the female staff members at the front desk was rude when my family and I checked in.

The AC is not cold plus there is an exhaust fan in the room that is always on when the lights are on... So it gets even hotter... Please pay attention to the homestay... Thank you

The room was quite comfortable. However, upon arrival, there was a strong odor that seemed to come from the river near the homestay or the sink drain. I used scented soap to remove the odor. Overall, the room was quite clean, except for some hair on the bathroom drain cover that hadn't been cleaned, and there were a few spider webs on the ceiling.

WiFi and AC not working.....

I initially only stayed here for a night, but because it was comfortable I extended it to 3 nights. The place is quiet, so for those who don't like crowds, this is perfect.

The hotel area is clean, but the water in the bathroom is not strong enough.

The hotel's cleanliness is quite good, and there's a prayer room. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi is very slow in the morning. The soundproofing in the rooms is poor, and amenities are incomplete. Overall, it's quite good.
