The building needs maintenance, the rooms are spacious and the facilities in the room are quite good.

I'm so sorry, I booked 5 rooms for 5 nights and was completely unsatisfactory. Many of the rooms were damaged and needed repair, and they weren't clean at all. There were many stains, and the lights flickered. Some of the rooms even had broken doorknobs and broken faucet handles. Please improve the facilities to make your stay more comfortable. Don't let anyone else experience the same experience as I did. Very disappointed. Thank you.

The staff is super friendly, responsive, and helpful. It would be great if it were cleaner. The villa concept is great, and the service is good. The only thing lacking is cleanliness. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, it wasn't done.

Just entering the hallway, I already underestimated how bad this hotel/villa was. And as soon as I entered the room, I couldn't bear to leave 😩. The condition was far from what I'd seen in the photos. The room smelled, was stuffy, and the chairs were full of 5p3rm4 marks and dirty, looking like they'd never been cleaned. I didn't even stay there for 5 minutes—I checked out and found another villa. It was a complete waste of money and time, and the staff offered no adequate solutions. SERIOUSLY! Don't waste your time staying here; there are many other, much more decent and comfortable places for the same price!

The hotel is not maintained at all, many of the room walls are rotten, the TV is only displayed and cannot be used.

stayed here for 4 nights. the problem is just the cleanliness, the room was smell something, the water turned into yellow if you let it open linger. they could've done better. overall the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was pretty good, the location was great (close to local). i think the villa needs to be renovated and the staff needs be more aware. probably won't go back.

A real crap hole of a hotel. Avoid this place at all cost. Seriously discusting. Ac broken, couch has body fluid stains on it, so does the bed, fridge broken. Just nasty. Just look at the pictures.
