The hotel staff & owner are friendly, but when they arrive at the apartment, it turns out to be full, finally they are moved to a house.

AC panas, ruangan bau apek, wc kotor dan bau. Lemari ga bisa dibuka. Botol minum dikulkas bekas orang ga dibuang. Jorok banget dah.

The room is dirty. Just lying down, body itching.

Never to stay in this hotel or apartment anymore, bed sheet stain and very dirty I thought the bed sheet is never change pillow case also. The rest room very bed uncleaned vanity desk is very dusty. I moved from the hotel at the same time

The reception area is dirty and has an unmanaged impression, the room has no towels, no toothpaste, and no soap. Minimal facilities and overall the apartment is rundown, the paint is peeling off like it's not being taken care of.

The apartment entry card can't be difficult if you want to get in and out of the apartment. Luckily there is security guarding it. The toilet faucet leaked, only 1 towels were provided, the sheets and pillowcases didn't smell good.
