This balcony is quiet, but so perfect for those who want a staycation with family. Only 3 units are available at the most affordable prices among other Balkondes, Duta Menoreh is perfect for rent with a large family and a "private" place. The house is wooden, but has a modern design on the inside. AC, hot-cold water works well. Behind this balcony are rice fields and gardens, and there is a gazebo on the edge of the rice fields that can be used to hang out, have breakfast, and relax. The Balkondes pavilion is quite large, good for lunch or dinner, if you want to order delivery, or you can order from local residents. The manager of this Balkondes, Pak Patno and other staff are very friendly. He will make sure all needs are met. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, the number of visitors has decreased drastically, so the Balkondes' income has decreased, resulting in reduced maintenance. But still worth staying here. And most importantly for millennials: Wifi is pretty fast.

The classic building directly faces the mountains, the rooms are clean and tidy, but there is no wifi and the TV only uses local satellite dishes.
