On the third day, the AC in the room malfunctioned, making it extremely hot. We reported it twice, but there was no solution until we checked out.

A nice, modern hotel. The check-in lobby is on the 16th floor, and rooms from the 17th to 22nd floors offer great views. The rooms are quite spacious for an average Japanese hotel. The location is quite strategic, being close to Shinagawa Seaside Station.

The hotel is nice and clean. The view from the top is also beautiful. The AC isn't cold enough, I don't know why, maybe it's the central air conditioning or something. But overall, it's okay.

Starting from the spacious lobby, the rooms are quite spacious and clean, and what I like most about this hotel is that it is close to the Aeon supermarket.

Has convenient store nearby and restaurants.
