I was there because it was really the only hotel in the area. I didn’t use the Onsen. (Tattoos not allowed) but a good hotel. Buffet was fine.

My check in was the best I have ever had here. Please promote this wonderful friendly multilingual employee. She was absolutely perfect.

Was not expecting all inclusive breakfast and dinner. Better than my expectation- hospitality, service, convenience, hassle free, comfortable beds, separate temperature controlled rooms spacious, immaculate view, even when showering /tub. We enjoyed Yakuta daily clothing that was provided - less laundry . Thank you for making this memorable

大阪平野が一望出来る部屋で夜は綺麗だった。 8階の露天風呂も景色が綺麗で内風呂は肌がツルツルする湯だった。 バイキング料理も種類が豊富で、寿司、刺身、天ぷら、ステーキ、ローストビーフ、明石焼き、スイーツまで美味しく頂きました。 朝のバイキングはフレンチトーストと海鮮のっけ丼が美味しかったです。 スパーガーデンも宿泊日10時から利用出来、チェックアウト後も1日利用出来るのでコスパ良いです。

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located, a few minutes walk from the station. Minoh waterfall is nearby. The infinity onsen offers an amazing city view. The morning and dinner buffet feature a wide selection of food. However, the hotel is a bit worn out. There are too many people especially in the restaurant. Too crowded.

露天風呂の眺望良し

ホテル内にいろんな施設があり、びっくりしました。

夕食が思った以上にあまり良くなかった。種類が少ない。朝は豊富にあり良かった。 動線が、あまり良く無い。 温泉や周りの施設は良かった。

宿泊施設周辺ロケーション良かった。 夕食バイキングのメニューのバリエーションが少ない、飲み放題が別料金だったのが残念です。

トロトロの温泉が最高でした! ただ、至る所に段差や階段があり、高齢の両親の移動がほんとに大変でした 平日に行くことオススメします!

天空のお風呂が素晴らしかった。 歌謡ショーが目的で行きましたが、 ジャズ演奏があったり、地域の歌手のショーがあったり盛りだくさんで楽しめました。

廊下の照明が少し暗い。食事処のテ−ブルにゴミが残っている。今ひとつかな。

電話対応がわるかった!

施設は古かったですが全体的に良かったです。 夕食、朝食も充実していました。 エアコンの匂いが少し気になりました。
