The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is excellent.

for that price the facilities are quite complete. just a shame there is a lot of dust hK is not very clean. in the cupboard the dust was thick when wiped with tksu ..... the check in process was easy and the aa who handled it was also friendly, ... overall ok maybe just lack of staff for the Cleanroom

The wifi password was not given. The bedcover looked like it had never been changed, there were white spots everywhere, the bathroom also had lots of puddles of water, it looked like the toilet was leaking, the window was also locked so it couldn't be opened tightly, the balcony door also had no lock

access is complicated, google maps tells you to enter via fave so you have to park twice even though there is a main entrance but maps don't direct you there. urine & flush water, dirty toilet in the bathroom, the table is rickety, the air conditioner is rickety when it first comes on, but after going outside and coming back, the air conditioner can't be turned on, so I sleep until checkout time. I've tried it many times but it doesn't light up, the officer who came to the unit to check the AC is so bad that he made an average rating of 8.4, be more careful, guys, don't trust the rating too much, maybe this hotel can make a business trip option and have events until the evening, I'm very lucky so even though I'm dead, I can sleep soundly because I'm so tired, but the access is very close to the west krw toll gate.

Overall clean but unfortunately the balcony was not cleaned and there were lots of cigarette butts, please pay attention again, and for those staying after us, please ask if you are a smoker to throw the butts in the trash provided.
