A truly beautiful Indonesian version of Santorini! I had a standard room on the third floor, and there's no elevator. You had to climb stairs and carry your suitcase, haha. But overall, it was worth it with the beautiful view, the comfortable room, and the delicious food. It was worth the price, haha!

Hotel is very close to the airport, walking distance to the main city, great location on the hill so you will see a great view. Staff are all friendly! Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was great. Clean and has good facilities. A few comments that can improve guests' experience: 1. Provide a big note/signage of a big step down coming from the pool area to the main restaurant. I wonder how many people would have missed it and got injured. Hopefully none! 2. For some reason, it’s quite tricky to adjust the hot water in the shower. Maybe it requires some maintenance. 3. Smell from wastewater or maybe toilet plumbing happened in the two rooms we were staying in. Again, possibly since regular maintenance is required (or some silicone around the toilet bowl or sewer waste). You don’t smell it when you are in the bedroom. 4. We were asked to move from room 1208 to 1115, which I was fine with, but my wife wasn’t too happy. Probably next time you could offer guests in our position some complimentary. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Labuan Bajo! We had a great time 😀

I left my clothes there, but when I went back to get them, they weren't there (no one acknowledged them). The restaurant service was terrible. The food I ordered wasn't cleaned up until I was ready to check out.

I've stayed at Loccal several times. It's comfortable, cozy, and offers a direct view of the beach. The service is good, but the rooms could use a better cleaning because they often have sand on them. So far, it's perfect for a family vacation.

I was so happy staying here!! Not only because of the view but also because of the service. At that time, I was in the emergency room, then went home and asked for a room change because my previous room was on the top floor, but the local upgraded my room huhuu luvvssss. Thank you yaa

The hotel is nice. The private pool is really nice, but climbing the stairs to the room is quite an effort. There is no elevator or instructions for getting to the room. Thank goodness I didn't bring a suitcase. For those who do, I suggest asking for a lower room. I don't understand why there is a Bible in the room. There is only one usual snack in the room, even though there are various kinds in the brochure provided by the hotel. The receptionist cannot be reached via the hotel's own phone, even though I tried during the day and at night. People can easily come everywhere, so it's uncomfortable. Breakfast is at 8, but there are already quite a few left even though breakfast ends at 10. The top room is the Hampa Rae Suite.
