On May 18th, my wife and I booked a hotel room here, hoping for convenience due to its proximity to the city center and the train station. However, our experience was very disappointing.
Upon arrival at our room, we were about to rest and turn on the TV. A few minutes later, the volume suddenly turned up automatically, even though the remote control was on the table and untouched or under any objects. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the receptionist called us and accused us of making noise or deliberately turning up the volume, even though we hadn't done anything.
Our disappointment worsened the next morning, around 9:00 AM. While we were still in our room resting (as our check-out time was 12:00 PM, as per the app), the housekeeping staff knocked twice in very short intervals, giving us no time to respond. Worse still, the staff immediately opened the door, even though the room was still locked and we were still inside.
This demonstrates a lack of coordination and clear data from management regarding the status of occupied and vacant rooms. This incident seriously disrupted our privacy and comfort as guests.
I hope the hotel will conduct a thorough evaluation immediately to prevent this type of incident from happening to other guests.
