There is also a shuttle so it's not a hassle to find a vehicle from the station to the hotel. Condition in front of the room around 8 pm. Previously we got a room on the 301st floor, at the very end near the stack of mattresses. Then asked to be moved finally got to the 210th floor. Checked the bathroom a bit smelly of urine. When I wanted to go out for dinner, the condition of the hallway was like in the photo, and I complained to the receptionist, she said because there are only 2 pegs so it's a bit messy. The location is decent, the price is also quite not cheap because it was the weekend. The staff is friendly and responsive.

3 days and 2 nights, staying at 3 hotels. This one, I swear, had the worst service. The doorman, seeing people carrying a lot of luggage, was indifferent. Check-in took forever. When it was time to check in, the receptionist was silent and wouldn't provide any information. Even giving them the keys was a hassle. Overall, the service was terrible. The AC wasn't cold.

On May 18th, my wife and I booked a hotel room here, hoping for convenience due to its proximity to the city center and the train station. However, our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival at our room, we were about to rest and turn on the TV. A few minutes later, the volume suddenly turned up automatically, even though the remote control was on the table and untouched or under any objects. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the receptionist called us and accused us of making noise or deliberately turning up the volume, even though we hadn't done anything. Our disappointment worsened the next morning, around 9:00 AM. While we were still in our room resting (as our check-out time was 12:00 PM, as per the app), the housekeeping staff knocked twice in very short intervals, giving us no time to respond. Worse still, the staff immediately opened the door, even though the room was still locked and we were still inside. This demonstrates a lack of coordination and clear data from management regarding the status of occupied and vacant rooms. This incident seriously disrupted our privacy and comfort as guests. I hope the hotel will conduct a thorough evaluation immediately to prevent this type of incident from happening to other guests.

The receptionist and security were friendly. The location is quite comfortable and strategic, and even though it's on a main road, vehicles are safe.

Stayed in a superior queen for myself, and the room was very spacious for two people, it was still very spacious too, complete facilities, towels, toiletries, slippers, tea, coffee, sugar, etc. like hotels in general. Only there was no soap for bathing, only for free refill drinking water and a kettle was provided in the room. Btw I stayed in room 208, for showers etc. in the bathroom it was safe, only the water was not hot even though it was fully set. Btw I was given free gelato and bakpia too. When I checked out I was given a calendar by the hotel. Overall 9/10 staying at Grand Cabin I will definitely come back again. The staff are all friendly too .. I didn't review the food because I didn't book a room with breakfast.

Can check in at midnight, good staff service, clean and tidy room, cold AC, hairdryer, paid snacks provided, free bakpia☺️Next time can stop by again

It was quite a comfortable stay, not far from the city center and Malioboro. The rooms were clean and large, and the staff were top-notch and very friendly. I'll stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.
