Enthusiastic staff, clean rooms, central location, convenient to move around. Very ok

I saw many good reviews and the price was good so I booked it right away. But when I checked in, I was a bit disappointed. Weak wifi, weak water, no hot water. The room was old and rundown. Towels and bed sheets were old and dirty. The TV was broken. Only the 2 receptionists were enthusiastic, cheerful and cute. The room was old, not as new and beautiful as everyone said 🥲

The room had many lights but only one light bulb. There was no towel in the room, the TV didn't work, and the bathroom smelled very bad.

The second time I stayed here, the hotel did not provide water, toothbrushes, tissues, ... but that problem did not affect, the room was spacious, airy, close to the center, I liked the design of the path as a corridor to help the room cool down, I could look out into the open space very nice. The big plus point of the hotel is that guests can check in early, around 11am if the room is empty, the staff will let you check in. When checking out, because I packed my things a bit late, I was 30 minutes late checking out, but the staff was still very happy and also gave me a succulent as a gift, but because the road was far, I could not bring it back. After 2 stays at the hotel, I was very satisfied, next time I have the opportunity to travel, I will continue to stay here

Cheap room rates, motorbike rental 110k/day very convenient for tourists. The staff are very friendly. I arrived early at 4am, woke them up and they still happily welcomed me and let me rent a motorbike until check-in time. You can leave your belongings. The hotel also thoughtfully printed a list of places to eat, have fun and famous check-in locations for those who don't know where to go and what to eat. Will come back next time.

The hotel seems to be renovated from a motel model so there is no elevator, quite inconvenient. The room amenities such as the kettle or dryer are old and a bit broken.

I really like this hotel. Every time I go to Da Lat, I choose to stay here because the receptionists are extremely cute and enthusiastic.
