The blankets and curtains were old and dirty. We received a succulent plant as a gift upon check-out.

Spacious, clean, and close to the city center. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again when I have the chance.

My husband, I, and our 2-year-old child stayed with me. I have to say, the hotel, from the service to the cleanliness and the staff's attentiveness, was excellent, very good. When we checked out, the hotel even gave us a succulent plant as a souvenir. Wow, that's really great. Thank you, Hung Nguyen Hotel, for giving my family such a wonderful vacation.

I booked two rooms, but one was fully cleaned while the other was missing a lot of things, with scratched wardrobes and tables, and the doors were difficult to close. Overall, it was just okay, not amazing. When we left, each room was given a succulent plant.

The staff were very nice and pleasant to guests. It felt comfortable here, the rooms were good and the prices were reasonable. They even gave us succulents as a gift, which was lovely.

The hotel has a beautiful view, is reasonably priced compared to the average, the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, the bathroom is large, has solar-powered hot water, and they even give you a complimentary succulent plant upon check-out.

I have 4 nights staying in this hotel. The atmosphere, room space, and staff support is amazing. After checking out, you will be given a small tree, which is cute and impressive. A small note for you that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so you can consider choosing a room on the G-floor, or else, ensure that you are willing to go upstairs. By the way, the attic room has a wonderful view. Overall, I had a good experience staying here and highly recommend you.

The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and airy.

They didn't proactively clean the room for guests; when guests asked, they said they needed to sign some paperwork upon arrival, but no paperwork had been signed since arrival. The toilet smelled bad, and they didn't proactively change the towels until guests had to be reminded.

There's no 10₫, but I'll definitely come back again.

This was my first time in Da Lat and I had a wonderful stay here. Khai from the homestay was very enthusiastic and attentive. Everyone was very helpful, and the homestay was quite clean and quiet. I will definitely come back many more times ☺️
