I made a reservation and paid on the app. I have checked online on the app successfully. But on the day I arrived at the hotel to check in, the hotel reception said that I did not receive the booking information from the app sent through, and said that the room I need to book is currently sold out. I booked a large room, but arranged me in a small one. The large room I booked will be more expensive than the small room, but the reception did not solve that problem for me. Also said that I deal with the app and the reception does not solve it and is not related to the hotel. So maybe I will not trust when ordering through your app anymore. Thank.
