The room is located in the heart of District 7, just a few steps from Crescent Mall, making transportation convenient. The room has a kitchenette with pots and pans; you can buy takeout and heat up your meals, but cooking is not allowed.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and private.

Overall, it was a bad stay. The cleaning lady was very friendly. Check in was easy. The living room was nice. The bedroom had a moldy wall with paint chipping off. Above the front door was a big mild spot too. The bed smelt bad and all the pillows smelt nasty. The bathroom was dirty. Lastly, and most importantly, the bathroom had hundreds of tiny gnats flying around. We spraid bug spray 3 times and they kept coming back. It's because the shower drain is wide open. They fly up through there. The smell in the bathroom was awful because of the drain being wide open. We had a baby with us and it just intensified how uncomfortable we felt. They just need to fix stuff inside and it would be an okay place to stay on a budget.

Price is relatively cheap compared to the area. No reception, only instructions by phone. So water should be brought into the hotel, in the room there is only a kettle.

The receptionist was cute! I will come back if I have a chance.

At first, when I experienced staying here, I read some reviews and was confused about whether the room was okay or not? But honestly, because I was on a short business trip for only a few days, I thought the room was okay for me. As for the places to eat, there are not many healthy eateries around here, most of them are drinking places and bars of all kinds! But the overall review of the room is very okay!

Convenient location, right in the center of PMH so there are many shops around. Friendly staff, enthusiastic guidance. Rooms are airy, cool and clean.

The check-in and check-out procedures here are very simple and quick. I rented a separate 1-bedroom suite which was very convenient, with a small, pretty private kitchen suitable for a family to stay long term. The small minus point here is that the motorbike parking lot is very steep and small, only allowing about 4 motorbikes to turn around, very inconvenient and quite dangerous when driving up and down the garage every day.

Room is not clean, never have reception

The accommodation is very convenient. The surrounding space is also very cozy. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

The hotel gave the wrong room, the room was old, dirty and run down.

Friendly staff. Super nice and airy room. The balcony is also nice although a bit narrow. Everything is convenient and quick. Will come back.
