At first I was confused about making a reservation, because the information in the application about Sultan Premiere was minimal, the rooms offered were only different names but the views displayed were all the same, in my opinion, there was very little information about the type of room. I reserved Studio Room - Room Only Fc. I don't understand what Nr and Fc are because of the lack of info in the room details. I thought all rooms had the same kitchen facilities, it turned out to be just photos. The manager who acts as an intermediary for checking in is very super super slow in response, and minimal information. But beyond that, security, ob, the staff are very friendly, only minimal in room information, and only room cleanliness maintenance. The rest is ok.

The ac is not cold, the bathroom is a little dirty.

Apartment baru sehingga belum banyak orang berkunjung atau belum banyak penghuni, sehingga saat pandemi saat ini asyik untuk sekedar menginap, staf dan jajaran pengelola hingga Security yang ramah. Terima kasih terus tingkatkan layanan yang lebih baik.
