Dirty, electricity tokens keep beeping.

Untuk lokasinya bagus, tapi ternyata banyak yang disembunyikan informasinya dan tidak ditulis secara lengkap di policies nya mereka, yang paling aneh soal listrik, orang biasanya pilih apartemen karena memang seperti rumah ya lebih homie, ga seperti hotel dan biasanya akan stay lebih lama, lucunya kalau kita stay 2 hari, hanya gratis listrik sehari aja dan berikutnya harus ngisi token sendiri, token listrik sengaja dikasih rendah sekali sehingga selalu berbunyi dan terus terang itu sangat menganggu sekali, kalau misal token listrik habis kita disuruh ngisi sendiri hari berikutnya dan rule itu tidak tertulis sama sekali di dalam manapun. Sudah tidak ada wifi, tidak bisa masak meski ada kompor, karena kala pake kompor akan suruh nambah listrik sendiri, dan sudah gitu harus bayar listrik sendiri. Kalo saya ya mending pilih hotel budget sekalian, ga perlu mikirin matiin AC biar hemat listrik ada wifi dan lain-lain. Jadi kalau mau menginap di sini untuk urusan pekerjaan mending di hotel budget aja, karena ga mungkin hemat listrik kan karena sudah bayar dan peraturannya itu lucu banget, setelah lebih dari satu hari suruh bayar listrik padahal harganya sama perharinya. Meski waktu itu akhirnya token listrik sama mereka itupun setelah berdebat panjang lebar, bukannya saya pelit, masalah pembohongan aja, karena pas saya mau perpanjang pun mereka tidak kasih tau kalau listriknya setelahnya isi sendiri, kalau kayak gitu mending saya ke hotel aja dekat UGM. Mungkin pihak apartemen harus menindak tegas sih agen agen yang memang ingin ngambil keuntungan dari ketidaktahuan pelanggan, udah gitu pihak agen bilang semua apartemen di kota besar juga peraturannya sama, kalo lebih dari satu hari harus bayar listrik sendiri. Padahal saya nginep juga di tempat lain di Jogja selama 3 hari di apartemen yang lain tidak dimintain suruh isi token listrik sendiri kalau lewat agen online dan pernah di Surabaya juga di apartemen tingggal 4 hari juga tidak dimintain listrik, dapur bisa digunakan, bisa cuci baju, dikasih wifi lagi dan selama saya nginap di beberapa apartemen baru case kali ini aja pesen lewat agen online kalau lebih dari satu hari akan dikenakan biaya listrik. Mohon ke depannya juga pihak agen online melihat review dari pengunjung yang merasa tertipu dan jika memang benar segeralah diputus partnership nya karena itu juga bisa mempengaruhi kredibilitas dari agen online, meskipun pihak agen akhirnya mengisikan token listrik saya tetap aja saya lihat review lain juga merasa tertipu. Semoga pihak agen bisa berubah.

Before guests check in, it's good to make sure the electricity voucher is filled for guests... Yesterday the electricity voucher ran out and went out, I had to wait more than 30 minutes with the lights out.

The bathroom drain didn't drain properly. Pillows and mattresses smell. It has been complained that it was not fixed either. Really unexpected and disappointed.

The room smells like the bolster pillows are also a bit smelly.

The service does not match the application, the application says 24 hour service when in fact it is not. The electricity token alarm sounds at night because it is about to run out, the sheets are dirty, the towels are very musty, and because the service is not 24 hours, all of that can only be replaced in the morning. The curtains are broken and the rooms are not maintained. Service is not okay. The hotel is not responsible. The refund application was rejected even though it was clearly the hotel's fault where the service did not match the application.

Cheap prices, only musty towels, no toiletries, no water. If you want to go out to buy, it's really far because this is the area. It would be better if it was corrected.

The electricity is on and off. The air conditioner is poor.

Parkiran di basement sering penuh, sering dapetnya parkir di luar. Pihak manajemen perlu berbenah diri. Petugas resepsionis tidak ramah dan merokok di dalam ruangan resepsionis. Dimintain nota ga tersedia, malah mai dikasih kertas kosong coret-coretan biasa. Hotel-hotel di Jogja di bawah 500rb servicenya juga udah juara banget. Kalau masih seperti ini, saya sarankan menginap di tempat lain saja.

Bad, dirty, disappointing. The room wallpaper is peeling off in many places, the electric power is very small. Just enough to turn on the lights, it gets hot, plus the room smells musty & dirty. 1 hour was not comfortable, I finally checked out immediately and looked for a more humane place to stay.

Clean & comfortable, it's just hard to find breakfast because many shops/markets in the apartment area are still closed (we checked at 6-8 am).

It's really worth it, to be honest, I got a really cheap price and the room is clean, the facilities are complete, everywhere is easy.

It's just because apartment, looks like they didn't taking care of the cleanliness, a lot of hair spill in the bed, probably they didn't change the bed cover and pillow, smelly and unclean. The studio type provides the minimal kitchen, but don't know how to call it kitchen. And the price for holiday season, pay more than 1.7 mil rupiah per night with that facility, really discomfort the wallet and the guest whose stay.

The rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are clean, towels meet the standards, chairs and study tables are available. Pretty good.

The place is comfortable and the facilities are OK. Only the parking is not free, and if the tokens run out, we have to buy our own tokens.

Confirmed to extend and agreed, but on the D day it was canceled without clarity.

Incidentally stayed a day because the room was being repaired. Actually got a really good view directly to Merapi. But unfortunately the room smells dirty and hair is everywhere like it's never been cleaned. Then the refrigerator inside until the items maybe because it is rarely occupied. Some of the furniture was also damaged, like the cupboards couldn't be moved and the dressing table was peeling and sawdust was everywhere.

It's good, it's just lacking wifi.

Overall it's good, only the water faucet in the bathroom leaked so the water kept spilling. For a perfectionist like me to be honest it's annoying. The service is good.

It was fun, but the swimming pool had too much chlorine that it hurt the eyes and the smell was quite strong compared to the recommended chlorine pool.
