TV is broken, AC is not cold enough, Anara Residence is now different from the old Anara. Subscribed since 2022, but now it's disappointing. Hopefully the management will read it and review it again.

Friendly, close to the city. If you want to go to the Simpati Star bus stop, it's close, just walk. The mall is also close, it's really cool.

This room is not soundproof at all, to the point where I can't sleep. If someone is sleeping, it's really noisy. Left and right. Very, very disturbing.

The staff is quite friendly but I was quite surprised that we had to pay tax again. Even though the application already has tax. I was confused. The room is okay, clean and comfortable. The water sometimes goes off, especially in the morning.

Staffs are good, place good… but they can't sort guest in purpose. Some of guest naughty, stay for gaming with big scream 😃😃

The bathroom is not closed upstairs. There was a smell coming into the room. The owner is not friendly. The TV doesn't turn on and is small. Oyo is more accomplished in the field. Won't come here again.
