I only booked one night here, but the experience was great. The homestay was well-maintained, and both the male and female receptionists were friendly and helpful. I even took some beautiful photos of the sunset at the homestay. I hope to return to Phu Quoc soon and I will definitely stay here again!

It's very far. It's unsafe; the door leads directly to the road. The door lock is broken. The lock inside is also broken. There's no hot water. The electricity is also out.

The room was dripping like rain from the door into the room when it rained heavily, the staff just came in to wipe it and said it was the rainy season so that's why. The price of 880k per night is not cheap compared to the general level. The road outside is small and dirty with a lot of dirty water. The room and old equipment smelled bad, the blanket was always damp and very uncomfortable to sleep. Will not come back here, rented a very old motorbike with broken brakes and no headlights, dangerous to ride at night.

I came to PQ on the occasion of April 30, 2025. I stayed in Chill room 3. The price is very good, the room is spacious, fully equipped. There is a dining table, a gas stove, pots and pans, bowls, plates, chopsticks, spoons, enough for a family of 6 people. There is a TV that can watch YouTube comfortably, a 1m8 bed, the view of the sea is impeccable. However, there are a few things to note: the alley is a bit small, you should book Xanh SM, because there are some grab cars that are too big, it is difficult to turn around. The room is not very soundproof, so it can be a bit noisy on holidays. The sea view is beautiful, but I rarely open the curtains because it is adjacent to the 2 rooms next door, they can see into my room. I noted the above so that everyone has more information, but I do not complain at all. My husband and I are both very satisfied. On rainy days, we stay in the room, order food, there are enough pots and pans to heat up. Pulling the curtains open, we can watch the sunset right in the room, watching the "Boats in the distance" is very chill. It's said to be noisy but I slept a lot, very well :))) In conclusion, it was a "very chill" experience

View khá đẹp, phòng tiện nghi sạch đẹp, nhược điểm là khá xa trung tâm Phú Quốc nên phải thuê xe. WiFi yếu chập chờn, đi lên phía chợ Dương Đông thấy có cái cống lớn xả nước thải sinh hoạt của xã Dương Đông xả thẳng ra biển nên không dám tắm nữa.

Nhân viên thân thiện, trong phòng có đầy đủ tiện nghi. Nằm trong khu dân cư làng chài nên thấy được cuộc sống thường ngày của người dân làng. Gần bún quậy kiến xây (quán đầu tiên) nên đi bộ ra ăn rất tiện. Cách chợ đêm, dinh cậu (trung tâm khu Dương Đông) khoảng 2km rất gần

Mình đặt 2 đêm ( đã thanh toán đủ) nhưng chỉ ở 1 đêm nhưng khi đến nhận phòng ngày t2 thì phòng vẫn chưa ready. Mùi xịt phòng rất nặng. Ở đây bằng giá với 1 chỗ mình ở 2 đêm trước nhưng mình thấy phục vụ và tiện nghi khác hoàn toàn. 1 bên có bãi riêng và hồ bơi, buffet sáng một bên bằng giá phòng như 1 chiếc phòng trọ sinh viên. Mình thấy hụt hẫng khi nhận phòng. Sữa tắm và dầu gội đầu hết hạn. Bãi xe cho khách thì như cái chuồng gà vậy đó. Ở đây mình cảm thấy sự an toàn không được bảo đảm vì homestay dặn phải khoá cửa cẩn thận. Nhân viên thì có một bạn không biết phải chủ không nhưng bạn nước với khách mà ngoắc tay chỉ chỉ rồi còn kiểu cười cười như mình là em bạn ấy vậy đó. Mình đã theo dõi Chill khá lâu, lần thư 4 đi phú quốc mình muốn trải nghiệm như local nhưng fail quá. Chắc sẽ không quay lại Chill house. Hi vọng Chill ghi nhận, nâng cấp và thay đổi thái độ phục vụ. Gặp ngày mưa biển động nên không được lung linh lắm, lễ tân và quản gia nhiet tình, có bếp nấu dưới rất tiện, phòng chill 14 view full nhưng nhược điểm không mở được cửa, chỉ mở được cửa bên hông, nếu làm lại thay bằng cửa kéo thì sẽ thoải mái hơn, nước uống và sữa tắm nên thay bằng chai riêng nhỏ dùng 1 lần sẽ tạo cảm giác an toàn và yên tâm hơn, dầu gội ok nhưng sữa tắm có mùi lạ, phía dưới có tạp hoá bình dân thân thiện, nói chung vẫn khá hài lòng thích hợp trải nghiệm cs làng chài bản địa, sẽ quay lại với những hạng phòng khác
