The location is excellent, very strategic, but the price doesn't match the hotel's condition. The building and rooms are in dire need of maintenance. I rented three rooms, but they were in very poor condition, not commensurate with the price I paid.

Best hotel to spend time in Kuta Mandalika

This hotel is situated right in front of the beach, big facility but is very out dated. Service is poor and not a five star standard. The toilets near the reception area stink, the pillows on the bed were old and yellow with stains, the towels provided were not clean and as thin as a bedsheets. I wont be staying here again.

Stayed 2 nights, 3 rooms. The lobby was hot, but check-in was quick, maybe because of the breeze near the beach. The room floor felt dirty (maybe the type of floor is like an outdoor floor). The room next door looked like the interior of the room hadn't been finished yet..? The bathroom door handle was loose, I reported it but the response was slow. Ordered food at the restaurant but the taste wasn't quite right. The swimming pool was quite okay. #viewnyaJuaraOK Thanks to Kak Dita for being helpful👍

Overall the room is very spacious.. the bed for the king size is already big, only there is a spot of linen on the bed liner. for the bathroom okay.. only I had a bad experience, so in the morning at 6 o'clock the toilet would not flush. I wanted to use the toilet.. then I called the front desk, told to wait. but almost half an hour the technician did not come. I went down to the lobby the front desk said the technician would come. I went back to the room, 20 minutes still did not come. because I wanted to use the toilet, I went down again to the lobby, I explained to the front desk then the front desk called the technician on his cellphone, he said the technician was in front of my room. for handling problems, the hotel's response is very slow. even though I really expect from this hotel Because it is a 4 star hotel and a new hotel around Kuta Mandalika beach Lombok. Hopefully in the future the service can be better.. thank you

a very bad exeperience during check in, we got the key to the room that owns by others, and the supervisor insist that the room is empty while we see others people stuff in there. we need to wait more than 20 minutes u tilm got the replacrmrnt and it is alrradybwuite late while i have 66yo father that need to rest. the hotel desain in U letter but lift access only from one wing, hence you need to walk quite a bit if you get room opposite wing. turn out threre is other lift but they put it off for efficiency. the room has some broken wall and not clean. the food is not tasty at all consider it is lombok. the only good thing it is direct access to kuta lombok. if you have and option please consider others hotels.

The only thing lacking is the service at breakfast, as the table and chair arrangements don't take into account the number of customers staying that day. They're only provided when the restaurant has already filled up. The quality and taste of the food should be further improved.

On New Year's Eve, the hotel held live music on the second floor, specifically for guests. However, due to the proximity of the two guests, the music was indistinctly loud, and the singer's voice was unpleasant, preventing guests from enjoying the good live music. The impression was that the guests were monopolizing the music. They should have been further apart to avoid indistinct music, which would have given the impression that the owner was doing whatever he wanted without regard for guest comfort.

From the moment we arrived to check in, we had to wait for about 50 minutes. Initially, we got a room that wasn't very clean, the sheets were wrinkled, there was a rat urine smell in the room, the toilet smelled so bad that the whole room smelled of the toilet, we didn't get hotel slippers, the toilet was broken, and the shower was broken. Finally, we complained to the staff and waited again for the room to be prepared. After the room was changed, it was finally better than before and the staff apologized. The pool water was also cloudy. Hopefully, the cleanliness will be improved in the future 🙏

mulai dari proses check in. dibilang kamar lagi dipersiapkan. karena lagi high season dan banyak juga yang ngantri kamar, ya udah maklum nungguin. sampai kok orang baru datang tapi udah dapet kamar aja. pada ekstra bed pula. lha ini aku pesan 2 kamar ga pake ekstra bed kok ga dikasih. sampai akhirnya aku nanyain, langsung dikasih. tapi dikasihnya kamar paling ujung. udah gitu lift yang nyala cuma satu. tamu sebanyak itu, lift yang bisa dipake cuma 2. bahkan barengan ma staf yang bawa barang. terus wifi. sampai 4 kali aku telpon Wifi-nya ga diperbaiki. aku udah bilang router-nya mati, tapi ga ada solusi. bahkan waktu pertama nelpon resepsionis malah ga bisa ngasih solusi, cuma bilang iya begitu aja. efek ga ada wifi tv di kamar ga bisa dipake. asli cuma jadi pajangan. aku pesan 2 kamar, tapi misah beberapa kamar jaraknya. dan tiap kamar ada connecting door. adikku lapor pas mandi connecting door-nya kebuka dong. itu sebelah-sebelahan bukan keluarga kok connecting door-nya ga dikunci dari awal. luar biasa. belum beres nih. sarapannya. untuk level bintang 4 dengan harga permalam sejutaan, ga banget. sarapannya Level bintang 3. minim variasi. cepat abis, Refill lama. bahkan hotel bintang 3 ada banyak yang sarapannya lebih baik. nih hotel udah tahu high season, banyak keluarga, tapi ga prepare apa-apa. jujur baru kali ini aku kasih bintang 1 review hotel karena harga yang dibayar dan fasilitas jauh beda. malu lah hotel pake nama raja tapi fasilitas jelata. pertama kali pula aku ke Kuta itu udah dibikin kecewa. aku beberapa kali staycation ma keluarga di hotel lain ga ada yang sejelek ini kualitasnya meskipun rame ma keluarga dengan anak kecil. perbaiki lah kalau memang mau orang balik nginep lagi. saya sih ogah, dan ga rekomendasi sama sekali.

The downstairs room floods when it rains. And what's worse, the receptionist didn't apologize, just grinned, indifferent! When I called, the room boy didn't come. I'd be embarrassed to bring guests there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and yummy.

Nice room, but the mattress was a bit dirty in some spots. Good service, friendly staff. Strategic location, cold AC, and working hot water.
