The security guard is very nice... patient and knowledgeable, I once stayed overnight with a very dirty car, but the next day the car looked clean because the security guard had rinsed/washed it in the middle of the night... the lift is also nice, the atmosphere is very homey

A few small stains from bananas and watermelon on the bedsheet, deposit not returned. 50 thousand. Disappointed. Permanent stains are okay. Ink, paint, okay.

However, food and drink stains that penetrated the bed cover require a special chemical liquid to clean. And when we confirmed it to you, you immediately went to the car. Televisi tidak bisa nyala program-programnya, lalu menu makan hanya telor. Padhal saya bareng temen di kamar lain. Mereka ayam, saya hanya telor. Huhu. Request diantar makan jm 6 juga ndak di antar. Harus di telpon dulu. Kali ini bad, tidak seperti biasanya. Sorry permata.

Kamar Hotel lumayan Bagus. Tapi sayang banget tidak ada Smoking Room. Menurut saya Minusnya Hanya di Situ aja. Jadi selanjutnya Akan nyoba Tempat lain aja yang ada smoking room nya. Secara Kamar dan Kenyamanan Ok banget. Pelayanan Ramah. Sama Sayangnya Sarapan di kotakin. Tp masih ok lahh. Bagi saya Nggak masalah sih, Sama Air panasnya tidak berfungsi.
