The AC was leaking since check-in, I asked the staff to fix it, but until I checked out the problem was still there. The staff was not friendly, when she was angry with other customers she still held their temper towards us. It was very annoying. Room size is good for 3 of us and the location is the best, less than 5 minutes to MRT. Overall is still good.

The room's AC is not cold, the room is dusty and smells of cigarette smoke.

A pretty decent hotel considering its price and location. Basically, all necessities are provided and are of decent quality. Would recommend for a short stay where the small room sizes would not be a concern.

No blanket in the room, no tissue, minimum of lights in the room.

Calmo Hotel is very strategically located in the middle of Chinatown. Access to everywhere is very close, food parks, ole2 shops, and especially MRT and bus stations. The rooms are quite good with toilets and hot water in the rooms. Complete amenities include hairdryer, hot water kettle, soap/shampoo, tea and safety box. Anyway, next time I'll definitely stay at the Calmo Hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful. Thax Calmo Chinatown. JBU.

Many ants in the door and floor, the bedsheet was dirty. I found yellowish food stain. And also pubic hair. I wait for a long time to exchange room because my door lock is broken. The receptionist very not friendly, the super skinny one (india girl).

Pro: Close to the MRT station. Cons: Room is a box, sheets are dirty, towels are dirty, there are molds.

The room is very dusty, cramped, the bathroom smells too. Kapok stays there again. Noise from below can also be heard.

Lokasi bagus, kamar jorok sekali nggak dibersihkan debu bertebaran sarang laba-laba pun ada. Kamar mandi bau pesing karena air seni dari kamar di atas bocor dan menetes ke kamar mandi kita. TV nggak nyala karena rusak. Resepsionis tidak ramah dan mengabaikan komplen kita. Kecewa banget.
