The rooms are quite comfortable and the service is satisfactory.

Quite enjoyable, I booked during Eid H+3 and there was 1 room left on the 1st floor and right next to the reception with a smoking area. The advantages are that the room is quite comfortable and clean. There is a refrigerator, safe, a fairly large wardrobe and standard bathroom equipment and quite a lot of power outlets. The disadvantages are that the door to the smoking area has no lock, the towels are not very absorbent, there is no breakfast or restaurant inside.

All good, little. The pillow cover has CKLT stains. And the corners of the bathroom are a little less clean. You can see the beautiful view if you go up to the balcony on the floor. 3. Just a bit far from food vendors. Still want to stay here again because overall the rooms are comfortable.

The room is very spacious, so it's nice, there's a back balcony that's prepared and a big, clean refrigerator, but the sheets aren't the brightest color so they look a bit shabby, everything will be fine tomorrow, please. Float stay here again.

The room smelled badly of cigarettes, the sheets and pillowcases were very wrinkled as if they hadn't been scrubbed. Hopefully they will be replaced every time a guest comes, so it raises suspicions that they won't be replaced if they look like that. Even though I have stayed here twice before, it seems like the quality has decreased, hopefully it can be improved again.

The rooms are very unkempt, lots of cigarette burns everywhere, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom. The condition of the hotel is very different compared to when I stayed here 2 years ago.

I always spend the night at Bintang Guest House when I go to Lampung. Affordable prices are comparable to the rooms and facilities. For the guest house, so that the quality is maintained, it can even be further improved. Good luck for the future.

Very big and good accommodation for our Junior Suite room 301, there is an outside terrace room, living room, family room and even the beds have 2 super King Size suitable for a family with 2 teenagers, the big bedroom AC is also cold, but nothing perferct right? Weaknesses: The AC in the family room is broken, although the room doesn't get hot because it's on the 3rd floor and lots of ventilation, it's a bit dirty in the living room because birds can get in, the bathroom isn't big enough, there are very few clothes hangers, the shampoo isn't good, there's no breakfast either for the price 1.2 million, wifi TV, netflix malfunction, free wifi to HP also malfunctions, that's all. Oh yes, going up to the 3rd floor also still uses manual stairs

The quality is ok, the room is nice, the room is spacious and clean, there is a fridge, smart TV, a big bathroom complete with toileters and towels, there is a special smoking room, great, recommended.
