The AC was on low. Some had already used soap before check-in. There was no hot water.

A comfortable hotel with a courtyard directly overlooking Kuta Mandalika Beach. The views are stunning in every direction, and there are plenty of Western and local restaurants nearby. Rent a motorbike, car, or airport shuttle, and the staff are super friendly.

A good choice for an affordable stay near Kuta Beach. The location is definitely a highlight—situated right in front of Kuta Beach, so you can easily walk to the beach anytime. It’s also close to many restaurants and bars, which makes it very convenient. The staff hospitality is good and the team is welcoming. However, I did notice that some of the room equipment feels a bit old and could be better maintained and cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team.

Close to Kuta Mandalika, beach, and clean

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The location is strategic, even though it's at the very end of the busy center and the Mandalika Bazaar (a 3-minute motorbike ride to the Mandalika Bazaar). In the afternoon or morning, you can hang out on the beach and play in the waves, perfect for kids. There's ample indoor and outdoor motorcycle parking. The bathroom is spacious, but the details are a bit lacking.
