True to 3-star hotel standards. Located right in the center, 3km from Ninh Kieu wharf, nice lobby, nice room, no smell, very clean and spacious. My family is quite comfortable with 4 people. Friendly and enthusiastic staff ok.

Booked and paid in full for 2 nights, from October 27 to 29, 2023. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist informed me that I had not received the booking from the app and arranged another room, then arrived at 12:00 on October 28. /2023 just checked in to the booked room, takes time and affects personal schedule. The receptionist's attitude was roundabout, not apologizing but also blaming the customer for late check-in (but initially said he did not receive the booking from the app).

The hotel is right in the center, about 3km from Ninh Kieu wharf. The room is spacious and airy. I arrived early at 12 o'clock and was assisted by the check-in staff. The minus point is that the bathroom is below the standard of the bedroom.
