2 nights for 3 rooms at Mercure, interesting and impressive.

The hotel staff was very friendly, very helpful with our needs as well, our 3 night stay at Mercure Surabaya Manyar was very memorable.

Everything was great, but the AC wasn't cold enough even though the temperature and blower were set to maximum. Apparently, it was because the room faced the sun, but even at night, it wasn't as cool as expected for a temperature of 19°C.

Great ambiance. Booked a superior room, when checked in they said it's under maintenance so they upgraded my room to deluxe without any additional charge.

Only food is not recommended. We had dinner and the food is overrated. Better to eat in Boncafe with the same price or Sushi Hiro nearby. This hotel is very strategic.

Upgraded to a larger room, they said, but the AC was problematic in this upgraded room. I thought it would be bigger, since it's a 4-star hotel. There's no drop-off lobby either.

So far so good, but unfortunately there are no hangers in the bathroom so it's a bit of a hassle when you want to take a shower hehe & the bathroom layout is not very ergonomic. The food is delicious and you can have free early check in before 2 pm. There are lots of food on the right and left too

This is a hotel I’ve wanted to stay at for a long time, and the room truly met my expectations. I was assisted by the receptionist, Ms. Shifa, who was very friendly and provided excellent service🫶. The security staff were also very welcoming. The atmosphere, comfort, and room interior were all outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Dadar Jagung, it was my absolute favorite. Please keep up the great work. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back again. Thank you 💗

Good hotel, but the parking area is not big enough to accommodate many cars

Satisfied. Everything was good, and the staff was very helpful. However, a few days ago, on the 8th floor, there was a smell of cigarettes in the corridor.

I stayed one night at the Mercure Superior with a 19m² room. The room was comfortable. The only real disappointment was that the AC wasn't cooling (it was set to 19°C—the maximum cooling setting). So I woke up in the middle of the night because I was too hot. I reported it to the receptionist, and the technician took care of it. But the next day it still wasn't cooling. Hopefully, the AC will be fixed soon. So I can rest more comfortably in my room. Thank you.
