Good place to stay for a business trip.

Delicious food with many variations. Spacious and comfortable rooms and elegant design.

Very clean and comfortable. The room is also spacious.

There is not enough parking space, the breakfast menu is also not so tasty, the cleanliness of the room is comfortable, the mattress and others are good 👍

The hallway was too dark, the lights were dim, the room was also dark, there were too few lights, breakfast was already finished at 8 o'clock even though there were only a few guests.

Comfortable hotel in East Surabaya, only when there is an event there is a fight over parking, overall good quality.

For those who bring children on vacation like me, it is not suitable because it is intended to serve business travelers. All is good.

The hotel is quite strategic, but the bed is too high, the breakfast is okay, the staff is friendly even though we asked for a shower cap but it didn't come. But overall it's okay.

So nice staying at Mercure Manyar Surabaya

before staying here I asked for a room with a door connecting to the children's room..and finally it was fulfilled. It's not a loss to stay here....right, left and in front of the hotel you can find your favorite food.

The room is quite spacious, clean and there is a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is a sofa and a writing desk which is very useful if there are guests who want to work. It's not a loss to stay here

Strategic location, easy access to the lobby/front door to get food ordered from outside restaurants. The room is clean and quite spacious. Parking area is limited but valet parking is available for free.

No swimming pool, not clean room.

Unfortunately, parking access is not very wide, and it is also difficult because there is no lower lobby for the drop point.

It's already good and comfortable, if possible increase the number of national TV channels so there are more choices. Please maintain the AC in room 901.
