It's a shame that such a nice hotel can be treated so differently by the staff just because I came by motorcycle. We both paid for our stay, and I even bought an executive room. Do they think people who ride motorcycles are poor and can't afford it?

All staff, from security, cleaning service, and receptionist are very friendly and the service is satisfactory. Responsive to help us carry our suitcases. There is a welcome drink in the lobby. The swimming pool is warm until my child doesn't want to stop swimming. Maybe an indoor playground can be added to make it more kids friendly. The hotel room is comfortable and soundproof. The Wi-Fi signal is good and YouTube is already using YouTube Premium, guaranteed without ads. And in the room there are free snacks such as tempeh chips and tea boxes. The hotel is very close to the toll gate. And those who like morning culinary can take a walk to Klojen Market.
