The entrance for drop-off or pick-up is spacious. I chose deluxe for a bigger room, so comfortable and large. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. After a 2-day stay, the bathroom drain is clogged with a lot of hair, maybe we should tell them to clean it often. I like to stay here and it's one of my best options for my holiday time.

The bathroom was very cramped, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the mobile signal in the room I stayed in was also poor.

It was really near to Georgetown, easy access to food. There’s a laundromat within walking distance and mart too. Love my stay in Gallivant and the open and breezy concept of the stay ❤️

Overview: The hotel is okay for the price. Pros: - Clean - Room is enough for 1 or 2 people - The hotel smells good when you enter, so it's quite impressive - There is a steam iron in the lobby, so it's very convenient for ironing Cons: - The location is a bit far from the center of George Town. It will take you about 20 minutes if you walk (it's best to book a Grab because it's quite cheap) - The room is clean but there are some places that show signs of being old - The power outlet is still a 3-square outlet, so you need to bring an adapter - My room doesn't have a hair dryer, so I have to proactively contact the reception to borrow one - There is no drinking water in the room, you can get water in the lobby If you ask me if I will book again when I come back, the answer is yes. Although it's far from the center, in return the room is clean, comfortable, and you can rest

The hotel no provide water bottle, tissue inside the room. Limited parking for weekend . Around 15car park lot only. Do suggest have the microwave or oven for the dining area. As least, customer can heat back the food

Good location for bus stop, bedroom very clean and free flow mineral water from Coway dispenser. Bathroom very clean and the hot water consistent, but around the hotel lack of food stall.

The AC cannot be controlled via remote, it is a bit difficult to ask for the room to be cleaned (it hasn't been cleaned for 2 days? & the room is a bit less soundproof).
