The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful but the condition of the room is not worth it with the price of the room. The room price is Rp 620,000 excl breakfast but the condition of the room is rotten, musty, the toilet is broken and leaking so that water stagnates into the room, the floor of the room and toilet are full of sand, the sheets are dusty, the TV broadcasts are intermittent. Please pay more attention to the facilities especially the cleanliness.
