They give me 4th floor, tired to climb. There is cockroach in front of the room door and bathroom. Shower was too less. Dirty bed sheet and smelly rooms. They charge me early check in too much 20 %.

The rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are clean, comfortable, the air conditioner is cold, the smart tv can watch as much netflix as you like , the prices are affordable and close to the mega tourism coastarina Batam, really recommended 😊👍🏻.

New homestay, clean. Affordable downtown area. Next here again.

The start is good, just how many times have you stayed. Complained asking for compensation for pillows with blood stains. Last.

The rooms are small and unique. But for 1 person it's enough. The facilities are really good. The owner is also friendly. Good job. The minus is the hot water doesn't work for bathing. Same with no air freshener.
