The room was quite comfortable and clean. I had issues with the Wi-Fi not connecting in the room and the hot water not working (I didn't check beforehand whether it was included). However, the service from the hotel staff was undeniable. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I was welcomed into my room even though it was only 2:30 when I arrived. There's a very aesthetic cafe upstairs. The food and drinks were delicious. So, despite these issues, I still enjoyed the facilities provided. Thank you 🥰

The location is strategic, and there's a cafe. However, the room was very unsanitary. It was a bit dusty, and the mattress wasn't very clean either.

The water in the bathroom is not strong enough.

The location is very strategic, very close to UB, close to UM, very close to Matos, there are many places to eat around the hotel. What's even better is the cafe on the rooftop which is always busy with guests, the menu is also delicious, and the view is the best👍🏻

It's also great to bring toddlers. The kids love it, and there's a playground on the 5th floor and a rooftop on the 6th floor. Oh my God, the views are beautiful at night and in the morning, watching the sunrise and sunset in the afternoon and afternoon, with the exotic mountains surrounding them.
