The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean

The people are nice, the rooms are clean, the service is ok. Food if you can improve.

During this check, the pillowcases and sheets smelled bad, and the room smelled of cigarettes. Even though I ordered a no smoking room. We asked for the sheets to be changed, the clerk moved them to another room, the sheets were okay but still smelled bad. There are facilities that are not appropriate, there is no shower, the price of 336 only gets a bathroom with a tub and a dipper and a toilet seat that does not use a flush. And no hot water. The TV broadcasts are blurry, and the rooms are small, breakfast only has fried noodles or fried rice using only eggs or rice cakes put in plastic and cakes. Tea or coffee. The employees are friendly, and the manager is also friendly, and has apologized for our inconvenience.
