It's the best, the only downside is that check-in was a bit slow. It took 27 minutes for the room to be ready. I booked 4 rooms, but only 2 were ready at 14:27, so I went swimming instead.

Long check-in queue due to the holiday season. Assisted with an upgrade to an executive room because the room chosen did not meet the request. The pool water was cloudy.

I have stayed at Hotel Bess Mansion 3 times, fast check-in/check-out, room as requested, friendly staff, delicious breakfast menu with lots of variety, and most importantly child-friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in was fast at night, the room area was spacious, and the toiletries were complete. I liked the scent of the shampoo, which had a hint of jasmine tea. The elevator was a bit confusing. The security guard had actually pointed out that the apartment and hotel elevators were different. It was okay, but when I went to the upper floor (room), I could still see the floor, but once I got to the parking area (there are many parking floors), it was a bit confusing because I wasn't used to the difference between a hotel elevator and an apartment elevator.

With an affordable price, you can staycation at this luxury hotel... the pool is cool, but during the staycation it's crowded with guests, so many people are swimming.. The food is delicious, but maybe the additional fee for children's breakfast is too expensive, if possible, it could be reduced again... and for 9-year-old children, they are already considered adults... even though they are still kids😊

For additional breakfast for children aged 9 years and above, the same as for adults, an additional fee of 150 thousand is charged. Perhaps the management could reconsider the price 😁😁

The kids loved the swimming pool, which was clean and spacious. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

The comfortable room, as I requested, was on the top floor and offered a view of the city. Furthermore, my son was fortunate to have a window overlooking the railway crossing, so he could see the trains passing by. A particularly enjoyable feature for my son was the child-friendly, invisible swimming pool, which made for great photos. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious; he especially liked the croffles and steamed fish.

Family vacation at Bess Mansion for 3 days 2 nights. The hotel is nice, neat, and clean. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The food is varied. Access to the city is easy and close. Very satisfied. The kids are happy. The swimming pool is okay, just too much chlorine 😄 Thanks U Bess Mansion.

Bringing small children costs an additional 80,000 Rupiah per child for breakfast. It turns out that much of the food is sold out, the tables are full, and the menu is mediocre. It's not worth it for breakfast. It needs to be better prepared during peak season.

Recommend, no issue so far during my stay, hotel is clean.
