The atmosphere is very comfortable, very friendly, kid-friendly from the swimming pool, mini playground, friendly staff too. Check-in didn't take long. The downside is probably that there's only one access card, so if you want to go out one of them will definitely be dead 😁 for everything it's nice, comfortable, good in short 😊😁

My stay was a satisfying experience. Check-in was easy and fast, and the staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean, the facilities were functioning well, and the atmosphere was comfortable enough to rest. The location of the accommodation was also strategic and easily accessible. Overall, the accommodation was as described in the app and well worth the price. I would consider staying again in the future.

I've stayed here 5/6 times, and this time I was really disappointed! 1. The room phone was broken. 2. I asked the waiter for 3 sheets of A4 paper. At first, they said they couldn't do it, they could only do 2 sheets. After I complained a bit, they gave me 3 sheets, and only A4 paper, you know? How can people have work? Then I even borrowed a pen from the cashier, as long as the pen didn't have ink! 3. Breakfast said it opened at 6, so I had to go to the airport. I waited until 6:20 to start, and even then, it wasn't complete. 4. This was the worst part: the oil was so thick and black, and I used it to fry eggs for breakfast. I asked, "Sir, do you have any new oil?" The answer was very simple, "We don't have any more oil?" So a hotel this big doesn't have any cooking oil? They forced us to fry our food. I insisted on refusing, and then they brought me new oil. Please be a little more discerning, health and hygiene are very important! THANK YOU

The BeSS Mansion Hotel is a relatively new building, but unfortunately, the hotel management seems inexperienced. The drawbacks are as follows: 1. There was no concierge staff to assist guests with their luggage upon check-in. The staff's communication skills need to be improved and training improved. 2. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the linen quality was very poor. All linens were dull and not white (due to stains). Attached is a photo of the unclean doormat. The pillowcases, sheets, and duvet cover were heavily stained. The pillows and mattress were also of very poor quality. The advantages are as follows: 1. Breakfast was varied and the taste was acceptable, considering the price.

My first time staying here. The facilities are complete, kid-friendly, with a swimming pool and a mini playground. The view from the room is also beautiful. The food is also delicious, with a wide variety. I don't regret booking Bess Mansion ☺

The hotel's location is strategic, close to malls, hospitals, food outlets, and entertainment. The downsides are the soft beds in the rooms, and the lack of TV channels due to poor signal. There's a limited supply of soap and shampoo. Breakfast is quite tasty and varied, but the best part is the pool.

1. The hairdryer often breaks down, 2. You only get one pair of sandals, 3. You get a reprimand because the cafe's noise can be heard by your neighbors at the dining table next door, 4. Many amenities have been reduced, for example, the photo spot for pedicabs and the sun loungers at the pool are gone. 5. There are small cockroaches in the restaurant's serving area outside (noodle hut and leker hut). 6. There are tomcats in the restroom on the 9th floor.

Overall, the hotel is great and highly recommended. However, I have a few suggestions regarding the cleanliness of the room floors. The non-carpeted rooms still need to be kept clean, as my feet were dirty when I stayed there.
