Great place to celebrate your special day, lovely room and great hospitality. The food tastes very on point, they have traditional Indonesian and Western comfort food. The hotel's access to Lippo Mall is also the best point for staying there. Thank you Mangkuluhur!

The room was clean and comfortable, with a design similar to Artotel Senayan. The bathroom was clean, but the water pooled after a long shower. There's a Smart TV, so you can enjoy watching movies during your staycation. It's a short walk to Semanggi (Lippo Mall Nusantara). Parking is ample. Unfortunately, we didn't get a view of Gatot Subroto yesterday.

I lost a newly purchased Guerlain lipstick with my name engraved on it. I left it in hotel room 1503 and it wasn't found when I woke up four days after checking out. When I asked the hotel, they said it wasn't there, even though I was sure I left it in the room. I'm sorry, but it's a shame. I've been staying there many times, since I stayed at the Crown and Holiday Inn.

Following your inquiry, we immediately requested our Housekeeping team to conduct a comprehensive search of Room 1503. In addition, our Lost & Found storage was thoroughly checked to ensure the item had not been handed in. Regrettably, despite these extensive efforts, the lipstick could not be found. The room was hot, the AC wasn't cold. For an Artotel, the AC was terrible. I was in room 828. It would be better to fix the AC first before giving it to guests. It's cooler with a fan than the AC in this room. Bad experience, even if I stayed for two nights. I wanted to change hotels but checked in until it was already very late. No choice.
