Fairly clean and the rooms are quite spacious, only the air conditioner is not cold enough while staying.

Service is slow, to check in you have to wait for more than an hour, room security is lacking, because a foreigner had entered with a duplicate key, when we went out for a while, luckily it was caught quickly.

When I arrive room is not available.

I booked for my parents who is transitting for a night before their train schedule the next morning.They were quiet flexible and not the type od people who is hard to please. However upon arrival the receptionist/keeper ask for extra IDR 50k while we have paid at Traveloka. He said, the app was error and the price was too cheap in the app. It doesn't make sense to me but my parents paid them and get into the room. Just to figure that the room is nothing like anything in the app, although the exterior was similar but they said it is dirty and unpleasant to look at.

Guest House is nice, clean, and comfortable. Service is also good and friendly. Also close to the city center. Suitable for those who want to stay around the city.
