All great, they have a poolside stall at level 3.

Breakfast has many choices and is suitable for all those on a diet. The room is large and comfortable, but the mattress is a bit soft and not comfortable when sleeping, causing body aches because the mattress is concave.

The soundproofing of this hotel is very bad. You can hear people talking from outside (corridor). Then at night you can hear the noise outside, you can also hear the passing cars. Overall facilities, cleanliness are very ok. But the soundproofing is very bad like a budget hotel. It's really hard to sleep because you can even hear the passing cars. I won't repeat this hotel.

FO staff is really good, really appreciated that they are trying their best for me to change from a twin bed room to king 🥰

This is my fourth time staying in IDEAS hotel. One of my go-to hotel whenever I visit KL. The number one reason is because it serves halal certified breakfast in their restaurant which gives me peace of mind. The next one is becase of the location. Within this price range, this hotel offers a considered ‘strategic’ location. Even though it is not inside the city centre, but it is indeed walking distance from LRT bandaraya which can easily connect you to the KLCC or Bukit Bintang or even new TRX mall. Only 1 transit away with 2-3 stops. I love the room as well. It is spacious, clean, and bright. However, during my fourth stay I got a room that is different with my previous2 room. It was a bit dark and bathroom a bit smaller than usual and can hear the sound of MRT coming. But I will keep coming back. Hopefully will get a better room next time.
