Arrived to check in at 11.30 pm. Arrived at the counter, a staff member only made a cross-eyed gesture to show that the counter was closed without saying anything with a sour expression on his face. After a moment of hesitation, he went to the other counter and found the staff not friendly at all and just spoke indifferently and quickly. When staying, he asked for additional bottled water but was not allowed because the hotel only gave 2 bottles per day, so if the family has many children, please bring drinks from outside. Their service is better than staying at a 5-star hotel, even though their hotel is not much. But there are also good things about this hotel, where the pool is very clean and the rooms are clean, only complaints from friends are that the air conditioning is not cold.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable space for you to perform your solat. Breakfast spread was decent. Location-wise is quite central, but at night it will be quite noisy with motorbikes and cars racing on the road in front of the hotel.

Breakfast has many choices and is suitable for all those on a diet. The room is large and comfortable, but the mattress is a bit soft and not comfortable when sleeping, causing body aches because the mattress is concave.

The soundproofing of this hotel is very bad. You can hear people talking from outside (corridor). Then at night you can hear the noise outside, you can also hear the passing cars. Overall facilities, cleanliness are very ok. But the soundproofing is very bad like a budget hotel. It's really hard to sleep because you can even hear the passing cars. I won't repeat this hotel.
