We booked a twin room, which had no window. The shower was bad; the shower head directed water everywhere but where you want it. Breakfast consisted of two toast pieces with some chocolate sauce in between and some tea/coffee. We had to determine the time of breakfast and then waited for 20 minutes for it to be prepared, after the designated time. On the bright side, the location is great, not far from the shops and cafes and the harbour. There is a lounge-balcony as a common room which was nice with a lovely view, and we could store our luggage after check-out.

It's really great if you go to Bajo to stay here, it's cheap and close to the city center.

Just for one night because I'm joining the Phinisi tour in the morning.

Nice view cheap Hotel, but even though I booked with breakfast, there was none. Friendly staff and nice location at a hill, but all to go with steps.

Pros The staff has always been very helpful and, when possible, intervened promptly to resolve problems. They kept my luggage at the reception the day I arrived until it was time to check in. The hotel has a good location, close to minimarkets, restaurants, and the main street. The hotel also offers breakfast, although it is just toast and tea. Cons There were several power outages during the week I stayed, and it wasn't even high season. From late evening until morning, the water in my room was not working. This happened for all the nights I stayed here. It was especially inconvenient when I had to get ready early in the morning to catch the 6.30 am tour to Komodo Island. Sometimes the water didn't work even during the day, but usually for short periods of time. A bad smell was coming from the bathroom drain or sink. The towels and sheets were clean and smelled good but also had holes and stains, which made them look dirty.

Booked a room for 2 people, but only 1 towel was available, when I asked for an additional towel, they said they were out of stock.

It's just a little lacking in explanation, otherwise it's okay.

It's good, but there's a male receptionist who isn't very friendly. I prefer females, but they're more friendly. The male one gives directions first to make guests feel comfortable and encourages them to return.

It's comfortable here, but it's not fully equipped, they don't provide toothbrushes or shampoo, and the toilet often gets clogged.

The place is clean, the receptionist is also friendly.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel rooms are nice, and the prices are affordable.

Very friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Beautiful views. There's a restaurant on the first floor with delicious food, especially the Kalasan chicken, which can be delivered to your room. The only downside is that you have to climb stairs to the third floor. Otherwise, it's highly recommended.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel environment is comfortable, the hotel rooms are clean, but it's a bit of a struggle to get to the reception because there are so many stairs 😅
