The room was clean and a good size, with complete amenities and high security requiring a key card for each floor. The key card designates each floor, making it very secure. In the morning, there was delicious coffee and hygienically sealed snacks. A few toiletries were lacking, but they were available for purchase at the front desk at reasonable prices. Upon arrival, a small welcome drink was provided.

The hotel is located not far from the Chiang Rai Provincial Stadium and approximately 5 kilometers from Mae Fah Luang Chiang Rai Airport. Currently, there is road construction in front of the hotel, making travel somewhat inconvenient. The staff provided good service but were quite strict about check-in times. I arrived early, believing check-in was at 2 PM, and left my luggage outside. Returning at 1:50 PM, I was informed that I had to wait until 2 PM to access my room. A little more flexibility of 10-15 minutes would be greatly appreciated. The in-room Wi-Fi was unstable, and the room was not soundproof at all. I could hear housekeeping conversations and other activities from the next room. This might be inconvenient for light sleepers. However, the blackout curtains did some good control of external light. The bathroom's wet and dry areas weren't clearly separated; water splashed onto the toilet area after showering. The exterior of the hotel wasn't very clean. Overall, it's suitable for those who only need a place to run errands in the morning and return in the evening just to sleep.

The accommodation is near the airport with complete facilities. In the morning, there's fresh coffee and snacks available before continuing your journey. Upon check-in, there's a refreshing welcome drink to help you recover from your fatigue. The security system is good. The only drawback is that the rooms are not soundproof; you can hear conversations in the next room.
