If it's not ready to rent, don't force it, as it could ruin guests' expectations. The standards of a 3-star hotel have changed. But overall, the sleep was comfortable, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the location was quiet and not noisy.

Despite arriving at 4:00 PM (two hours after the scheduled time), the room was still unavailable due to a system error, which caused the online and offline sales to be out of sync with the on-site admin, resulting in a first-come, first-served situation, even though the room had already been paid for. Furthermore, the condition of the suite was extremely disappointing, with a musty, neglected odor. This experience is highly not recommended.

This is my first time staying at a homestay and there were cockroaches, 3 in the room and 2 in the bathroom. I even asked the staff for insecticide to kill the cockroaches because I was disgusted. Please improve the cleanliness of the room. Is this room never used? As for the AC, the water drips so noisy, I even asked the staff for a bucket. It doesn't match the description in the app and the reality. Access to the housing complex can be a bit tricky for those unfamiliar with the area. The price is quite affordable, and the staff are friendly. Please add a kettle and provide tea and coffee in the room. They don't provide any here, only water.

Friendly staff, clean room, highly recommended

The bathroom smells, the equipment is inadequate, dirty, the water is stagnant, and the faucet is not working properly. The room was not cleaned after staying more than 1 night, the AC and remote control were not connected, the drinking water was requested to be renewed, and the towels were dirty. The trash in front of the room was not picked up and even messed up by the cat. If you are not ready to receive guests, it is better not to open it first than to get a bad review.

Unpleasant experience I didn't get the amenities I get at other accommodations, such as towels, toothpaste, and Wi-Fi connected to the room. There were lots of big red ants in the room. The sound from the next room could be heard in the room I booked. It was a sound that was very inappropriate for others to hear.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is a bit less clean, there is still dust in some places and the wifi is slow.

Staff was good, easy check in, check out, and extra night. Room was not really like the pictures. It was really degraded and not very clean. A lot of dust on the shelves and under the bed and the curtain holders were broken. But all in all, not a bad experience, we enjoyed our stay.

I was a bit surprised that the picture on Traveloka in the room was different from the original, starting from the sink faucet which when turned on, the faucet didn't fit properly and the faucet turned along with it, the small table looked like it had paint residue and stickers on it, there was no mat in the toilet, the towels weren't clean, they looked like they had been used by someone, there was no wifi either, the AC remote didn't work either and I had reported it to the receptionist, and the answer was just okay, I'll explain later, but it turned out that it wasn't fixed until check out time, so I fixed it myself, there were no clothes hangers/wardrobe either

The price is indeed cheap. It's nice to have a swimming pool. The room is quite okay and comfortable. But the interior is ugly, many things are peeling, the bathroom door can't be locked, the bathroom tackle looks old and needs renovation, the partition in the bathroom looks like it was ripped off the window and there are traces of unfinished paint, there are holes in the old latch. The charging plug is loose, the worst thing is the toilet can't flush if the poop is big. So you have to wait until the poop is soft before flushing again.
