The check in staff was 1+ hour late. even after having called in the morning, i told them i will be checking in on time at 14:30. i also inform the check in staff i will arrive there at least 15min earlier. at 14:30 i message the staff im waiting at the lobby, he then inform me he will come now. after over an hour of waiting he finally shows up. the plan i had for the afternoon was all messed up because of this. right now im waiting for my deposit money, which can take up to 5 days for them to process. I will never use travelio again. safe yourself the hassle, get a hotel instead. the same rate, less problem
