Andre was helpful and communicative during our early check-in. The room is comfy with a king-size bed and a wonderful view from the bedroom, as we can see Suramadu Bridge from afar. The room is equipped with a fridge, small pantry, and hot/cold water. And the most interesting part is the free connecting access to Pakuwon Mall. Love it!

The apartement really nice, and cozy! With cheap price and very close to the mall 🥳.

Parking space is sufficient. The check-in process is a bit long because you have to wait for the clerk from the website. The rooms are quite okay, although not too spacious with quite complete facilities. The warm water in the bathroom does not flow smoothly. The view from the balcony of the room is quite good because it is located on the 26th floor. The swimming pool is the most pleasant place for relaxation. In general, with a fairly affordable price, we get a pretty okay staycation.
