Always stay here when I go to Bandung

Overall, I was very satisfied and impressed, with complete facilities and a varied breakfast menu. The only downside was that my 1:00 PM check-out request wasn't possible on a weekday.

We had a great stay at Gaia. The room was perfect, the view was breathtaking. We upgraded our room to a club tower room and everything feels private. Had a lovely quiet breakfast while enjoying the morning fresh air. Not to forget trying free pilates class for in-house guest and we also had a relaxing reflexology at the spa. Will surely come back! Thanks Gaia for the wonderful experience.

Cool and great, family friendly hotel

The best hotel in Bandung. Service with the best service.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room overlooked a noisy street, but during our 5-night stay, it was safe and comfortable. The view of the pool and jungle was cool, but more expensive. The pool is now said to have warm water, but I haven't tried it yet. The gym was okay, with complete equipment. They also offer Pilates and HIIT. The breakfast menu was good! I'll bring the kids next time. Thanks.

Unforgettable moments we had for 3 days

I was very impressed with my stay at the Gaia Hotel, with its luxury, cleanliness, food, and friendly staff, reflecting the people of Bandung. Thank you.

Check-in and check-out were quick. Good facilities, decent service. The staff at the restaurant and gym were less than friendly. Shoes are required at the gym; otherwise, you're not allowed to touch the equipment at all. There were even some ladies who were allowed to go to the gym without shoes and even chatted with them. Overall, it was good.

Staying at Gaia Hotel was a fantastic experience. I was impressed by how friendly and polite the staff were. Excellent service and overall a great atmosphere.

Arriving on a weekend was quite congested. Security involved an x-ray scanner and metal detector. Check-in included a refreshing tamarind welcome drink and candy. Arrived early, and while waiting for the room to be ready, lunch was served at Semeja. After lunch, we were informed that the room was ready and our luggage had arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The amenities and complimentary items are commendable. There were art activities for kids, even in the room. Free drinks and snacks. The view from the balcony was also beautiful, overlooking the city. Unfortunately, at night, you could hear the city noise (the sound of vehicles). For kids, there were art and craft activities and a sandpit. Each activity provided handwashing stations and hand soap. Even restrooms were available. Thoughtful. Breakfast was quite good, with a beautiful view in the sunlight. There was also a kids' food corner. Weekends also had food and music, and the sweet potato ball game was a memorable one.

Check in was on time, the reception staff was very friendly, upon entering the room the view was great and received a slice of cake and a welcome card from the GRO Chealys team, Fatur, Zain. Thank you for the very impressive attention and the Housekeeping team with Mba Shenji who was very friendly when delivering the request to the room. Unfortunately when I used the hair dryer, it didn't even take 2 minutes to emit smoke, this is honestly very dangerous, maybe next time I should pay attention to the small things in the room.

The hotel service is truly comfortable... Will be back

Last night's staycation in the Setiabudi area of Bandung, and this wasn't my first time staying here—so I was already quite familiar with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was immediately felt. They even offered help charging my EV car (and the staff also helped me with the queue), which was super helpful and something I rarely think of in other hotels. The room was clean and comfortable, with a layout that's suitable for families—there's 1 king bed and 2 twin beds in the loft area. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy at night due to the road noise, but it was still within reasonable limits and not too disturbing. The facilities were highlights: * Warm water pool (this is the best for relaxing) * Koi pond area (you can feed the fish at certain times) * Coffee shop with interesting pastries & coffee, plus a very calm view and vibe While I was staying, there happened to be an afternoon snack event + live music, so even though I was just at the hotel, it still felt alive and not bored. The staff service was overall friendly and responsive—even when check-in was busy, they took the initiative to add staff and help speed up the queue. It's a small detail but very impactful. One thing that could be improved and we'd really love it: more variety in the breakfast menu. Overall: still worth it for a staycation and relaxing stay, especially if you're looking for a quiet yet lively atmosphere. Rating: 9/10 ✨

Very enjoyable, will be back again

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The view from the room was beautiful. The toilet amenities were complete. The gym was complete, even with table tennis and a climbing wall. The infinity pool was the best. Will definitely come back again to stay at the Gaia Hotel ❤️

First time trying a hotel based on Instagram recommendations… the results were very satisfying and not disappointing, cool, comfortable, and the service was overall good.
