The hotel staff was very friendly! The room was clean and quite spacious. Overall, I enjoyed staying here.

It's a cozy place to stay with decent facilities and a convenient store.

The elevator had no lights. The bathroom smell permeated the room. The bathroom window was open and smelly. The sheets were stained. The toilet was dirty and had traces of hair.

The room was nice and clean. Near from ICE BSD, breakfast was delicious too.

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked for Sunday, August 10th, but arrived Monday morning and was immediately assigned to a room on the second floor. The surrounding area was very convenient for a 5-night stay. Close to AEON Mall and ICE BSD City.

It's very comfortable and makes you feel at home. It's clean and quiet. I'll definitely come back here again. The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and it's easy to get to everywhere. The neighborhood is close to many minimarkets and coffee shops.

The room is quite spacious and clean. Drinking water is provided outside; just grab a bottle and it's provided. The location is very close to ICE BSD, so it's very easy to walk to events.

The bathroom had lots of black ants in the closet. Friendly staff, good for a staycation, and plenty of food in the surrounding area.

The hotel is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. If you need a bite to eat, there's a 24-hour food stall right in front of the hotel. It's conveniently located near the KRL station. If you have an event at ICE BSD, this hotel is definitely worth it, with its affordable price and amenities.

Check-in is easy, the staff are friendly and not stiff, the rooms are clean, I often come here when there are concerts at ICE BSD.

The room was very dirty, there was someone's hair in the bathroom and when we checked in there were 10 people in the queue, but only 1 was serving us.

The room wasn't soundproof enough, which is something we hope to improve in the future. The receptionist was very friendly and kind... patient and responsive.

The security guard and receptionist were completely indifferent to the items we sent to the hotel. The receptionist refused to accept or take responsibility for them. The security guard didn't record the items we sent, saying they didn't have any. Very disappointed. This is the first time I've seen a hotel like this.

Good choice in Tangerang... Near Aeon Mall.

The male receptionist has no sequence of service. It seems like there needs to be training on sense of belonging and sense of responsibility. His public speaking is lacking and the staff uniforms are not neat.
