Hotel works unprofessionally Booked a room at facility 2 (No. 1, Lane 7, Lieu Giai) successfully through traveloka, 1 hour later the hotel staff called to say that there were no rooms available, and asked me to cancel the booking. When I said that the app said I could not refund/cancel the booking, the staff told me to check again. After 3 hours of waiting, I called the hotel back to ask for a refund (because I could not cancel on the app), but the staff said they would transfer my booking to facility 1 (at No. 1, Lane 19, Lieu Giai), I asked again if the room was of the same quality, the staff also guaranteed that the room was exactly as the picture posted on the app. I agreed because I saw that the room quality was guaranteed. But when I arrived at facility 1, the staff informed me that both facilities were currently full, and asked me to transfer to Canary Hotel (No. 15, Lane 19, Lieu Giai, nearby). Because it was late, I had to accept. Checking in at Canary was a total disappointment, a terrible experience for the price paid and the quality of the room. The only plus point was the breakfast (used at facility 1), good food, good quality.

Convenient location, near Vincom and Lotte, surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores. Travel about 1.5km to West Lake and 4km to Sword Lake. Although the room is not too large, it has full amenities. Suggestion to the hotel to check the flushing part of the toilet in room M01.

The hotel room is like a mini apartment, check-in is like the photo, full of appliances: kitchen counter, microwave, refrigerator, steam iron, washing machine... very convenient for long trips.

The air conditioning is broken, the furniture is broken and not repaired, and the TV cannot be connected to YouTube. The gap with my expectations is too large.

Tệ lắm mọi người ơi :) Tệ tệ rất tệ, khuyên không nên ở khách sạn này nha. Mình book xong mà có cảm giác bị khách sạn lừa vậy, bước vào phòng mà bụi bay thẳng vào mặt, ga giường đầy bám bụi nằm rất ngứa nên mình phải nhờ nhân viên thay ga giường ngay lập tức. Phòng tắm thì ôi thôi rồi, quá bẩn! Mình để ảnh ở dưới cho mọi người tham khảo ạ :) Mình có nói chuyện với mấy cô nhân viên thì mấy cô bảo đây là khách sạn con thì phải, nhà có 2 mẹ con thì người mẹ có một khách sạn riêng còn đây là khách sạn của người con trai nhé. Mình cảm thấy không phục nên sẽ feeedback trực tiếp lên đây luôn!
