The room was nice and the breakfast was amazingly delicious and had a lot of choices... The facilities were also many and good.

I recently stayed at The 101 Jakarta Airport CBC and overall had a really pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. My room was comfortable, the bed was great, and the amenities were more than sufficient for a short business stay. That said, the only downside was actually getting to the hotel. The access road is quite confusing, and even Google Maps rerouted me multiple times, taking me through small alleys and unclear turns. It took longer than expected to finally find the right entrance, which was a bit frustrating especially after a long day. I really think this is something that either the hotel or map services need to clarify better. Still, once I got there, everything else made up for it. I would definitely consider staying here again—just with a better route planned next time.

The hotel is comfortable and suitable for transit before going to the airport... only the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear sounds from the next room or from outside

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and all went well except on our last day before checking out. The front desk asked us to check out at 1:30pm half an hour earlier because that day had been fully booked and this really shocked us because: 1. checkout time is 2:00pm 2. We have a toddler 3. We have our schedule to go to the airport carefully planned. 4. On our arrival day we had to pay extra money to check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. Therefore is we were charged for arriving early will you pay us for leaving the room early as well. So this created a very uncomfortable environment for us and we had booked an airport shuttle from them to send us to the airport at exactly 2:00 sharp but whoever was in charge at the lobby that day pushed it all the way to 3:00pm and asked us to stay with our baby at the kids play area and just hang around for an hour. This kind of ruined the hospitality we were shown during the whole entire stay and we hope things can be more organized next time. So general impression Princess treatment Coming in and then 'whatever' when checking out. Consistency is key in customer care.

Very comfortable and nice hotel, the room was so big for 2 people, the king size bed was so comfortable and very nice, the spring bed and the cover all very soft and smooth, breakfast was so amazing because so many variable foods, so happy to stay here, will definitely come back again soon.

The reception staff and front security are friendly..the female restaurant staff are not very friendly. Always come here when the flight is in the morning or midnight..so that it's not far, I've stayed here several times and always in the same room🙏

The place is comfortable, has a balcony for smoking, while the rooms are non-smoking, according to what I was looking for when I was in Jakarta.
