I paid the high season price, which was double the normal price, but I couldn't shower because the water was black. They said it was because they were cleaning, but why did it have to be during checkout hours? And also, the food was already gone during breakfast. The staff didn't take the initiative to refill the water. I had to ask for a refill before I could get it. Sorry, I'll write this in my review so it can be improved in the future. Thank you.

The toilet was dirty, the bathroom water suddenly came out black, the receptionist was impolite, tended to whisper a lot to her colleagues & laughed when guests asked questions.

Room 111's AC wasn't cold enough. The staff was very helpful. The security guard was also friendly. It's a shame the pool wasn't accessible. And breakfast wasn't very varied.

The room's AC was very hot. I complained and had the technician check it, but it was still hot. The AC's PK seemed too small for such a large room. Other rooms had the same complaint. Other than that, the room was fine. Breakfast: butter and fruit didn't seem fresh, having been at room temperature for too long. Everything else was fine.

The AC is not cold, even at night it still feels hot, not cold at all, please fix the AC, for the others it is quite good, clean, comfortable, complete and the hospitality is quite good.

Criticism and suggestions: If anyone wants to check in, try to have guests enter the air-conditioned room while it's already cool. This way, they don't have to wait until they're too hot. Thank you.
