The second note is the location of the hotel on the side of the main road parallel to BSB, if the mall and BSB are full of visitors, it affects the traffic in front of the hotel, yesterday going there was stuck in traffic for almost 1 hour and it was quite difficult to get anywhere, the traffic only cleared up around midnight.

The guest house is nice and clean, but it's not soundproof enough because the sound of vehicles comes in.

The male receptionist when I checked in was very unfriendly. And because I was on a business trip, I asked for a receipt bill with various reasons and didn't want to give it. And in the early morning my room was knocked on because there was a car in front of me who wanted to get out. Even though I had asked him if I needed to leave the key, he said no need.

I don't know if it's the sound of visitors or employees, but it's clear that until 3am the noise is so loud, the sound of chatting and laughing so loud that it makes it hard to sleep. Even male employees when they meet customers are not friendly, even if they just smile. The location is very strategic, close to the mall.

For the price the quality is quite okay, the bathroom is really clean. It's just a shame that there is no mat in the bathroom and a partition between the shower and the toilet, so it gets wet everywhere. Then it's a shame there are no hotel slippers. The TV remote didn't work and some corners of the room were dirty and dusty. Overall it's still okay. As for food, I ordered chicken nasgor. It feels really really really good. With a price of 25k, the taste is really delicious and the portions are large. Room 205 is better off being closed, making it an office or warehouse. Poor guest who was given that room. Feels like sleeping in a shophouse. The sound of vehicles driving into the room was very noisy. You won't be able to sleep peacefully if you sleep in that room. If you still want to use it, please give it a good damper, poor room guests. In my opinion, that's all the minuses, for the price of 300 thousand the room is pretty good according to the rate. When it comes to limited parking, it seems like a lot of people have complained. 😅.
