I recommend not using the hotel name; this is a boarding house. It's strategically located, close to shopping and dining options, especially for Unsoed students if the boarding house is close to campus.
The price is indeed cheap, but the facilities I received were too minimal. The bathroom is shared between several rooms, and the water flow is very small. It takes a long time to fill a small bucket of water, so even though there is a bathtub, it's useless and smells bad. The room's cleanliness is also lacking; there are unused cloths in the desk drawers and it smells of cigarettes.
Ultimately, even though I had booked and paid, I didn't stay here. I moved to another hotel that was slightly more expensive but comfortable.
