Spent 3 weeks in this hotel. It was very comfortable, has an elevator, spacious, and rings whenever it reaches on every floor. Very convenient as it has a convenience store, laundry just beside the hotel, and eateries nearby. The added value is the staffs are very helpful: Ridzuan, Hilmi and Nurul the receptions and Rahman, housekeeping.

The staff were helpful, especially Ridzuan and Hilmi. Price: reasonable. Cleanliness: the housekeeper cleans it daily. To improve: the smell from the toilet should have a proper expeller.

Staff friendly and able to accommodate when in need.

Check-in & out was easy. Room ok. Bed comfy. Not soundproof, can hear TV from other rooms. Downside: 1. No water dispenser 2. Only 1 electric kettle shared by the whole hotel (had to borrow from reception & return right after finishing using)

It was alright for a last-minute hotel, but for the price you pay, it's a decent stay.

During check-in I found that the tap in the bathroom was broken. The water kept coming out and the noise from the water pressure was very disturbing. I informed the registration counter. But no action was taken until checkout the next day. I had to tie the tap head myself with a rope

When checking in, they treated us friendly and dealt with us quickly. The environment is easy to get necessities such as food and other items because of the convenience of restaurants and shops nearby.

Aircond very function keren. The toilet was abit dirty n smelly came from jamban maybe i dunno, under the sink there were mosquitoes but they didn't disturb me isokey. U can go pusing pula to makan around the hotel.

Super comfortable & the receptionist knows us every time we came there to check in. So far, the service is so good.

Toilet needs improvement, lots of leaks

The staff was friendly and accomodating to your certain request. It was a comfortable stay for a one-night stay. The toilet wasn't super clean but okay, and the smell is tolerable after several uses and flushes. There's an iron in front of the staff room on level 1 beside the lift. Overall, it's worth the pay.

The staff were very helpful and considerate. The room was good enough for a solo trip. Will stay again in future.

Staff nice but toilet smelly, last day stay whole building blackout. Plug only one but cannot use.
