Each time there's a long wait for the elevator, the elevator system is not operating efficiently.

The room wasn't cleaned for two nights, and toothpaste had to be requested only when asked. The hotel is huge, yet they charge for parking. Why not charge extra to avoid the frustration of having to pay for parking?

Despite being a 5-star hotel, the facilities are a bit basic, and the rooms have a slight odor, but it's acceptable. The only positive point is its convenience, being close to the city center and the Incense Tower. Breakfast is basic, nothing special, and the food is just okay.

A family of two adults and two children (1 and 5 years old) stayed comfortably. The buffet was abundant and delicious; it's definitely worth experiencing.

For some reason, each guest is only allowed to use the swimming pool once.

Despite some initial difficulties with the booking process, thanks to the support from the hotel staff and the web app team, I had a fantastic trip. I was upgraded to an ocean view room and will definitely return.

The bedroom floor is still very sandy and dirty, the bathroom is dirty, smells of mold and cigarettes, not worthy of a 5 star hotel.

The hotel needs to change the rule that guests staying for 1 day can only swim in the pool once.

The hotel is OK but the swimming pool only allows one bath per day. I asked the staff and they explained that it was due to regulations because only one towel was given per day. This is another unreasonable reason for guests to stay here if it was because of the towel. Such amenities are not reasonable. The hotel needs to research and change the regulations for guests to stay here.

The hotel is very OK, 10 points if the staff here were better trained and smiled more at customers, it would be better, the staff here rarely smile, that is not a good point when providing service

- Khách sạn sẽ check in ở tầng 2, còn tầng trệt là của căn hộ. - Thang máy sẽ rất đông và chờ lâu nếu đi dịp lễ tết cuối tuần. - Hồ bơi tầng 40 chỉ được sử dụng 1 lần/ngày, phải xuống tầng 1 đi thang riêng để lên. - Wifi có lúc không bắt được. - Mình ở phòng view biển, nói chung phòng rộng, đẹp. - Ăn sáng cũng tạm. - Vị trí đối diện quảng trường

Mọi thứ cực kì tốt, từ bảo vệ, lễ tân, nhân viên, phòng ốc. Tuy nhiên, hồ bơi đóng cửa hơi sớm quá đối với mình. 6 giờ tối là đóng rồi.

Lần đầu tiên mình ở khách sạn mà kinh khủng đến vậy. Mình ở phòng B22.11. Xếp hàng checkin mãi Đến 16h mới được nhận phòng. Mình đặt phòng view biển để được xem festival biển. Bên khách sạn bắt phải kéo rèm 2 lớp. Tắt điện trong phòng. (Vấn đề này mình chấp nhận làm theo quy định). Nhưng vấn đề cúp điện trong phòng 30 phút thì không thể nào chịu nổi. Phòng mình có em bé nhỏ mà cúp điện, thì thật là kinh khủng. Muốn đi thang máy xuống lễ tân cũng không được vì thang máy quá tải. Mình gọi số Hotline thì báo bận. Gọi lễ tân thì cũng không được giải quyết. Quá kinh khủng cho một lần lưu trú tại Empyrean!
