There were some stains on the mattress. The hot water in the bathroom wasn't working when it arrived, but it was quickly fixed. The bathroom water tasted a little salty. We were offered the option of moving rooms, but because it was the weekend, all the rooms were full.

Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. There's a 50,000 Rupiah deposit, and cash is required. A note for those planning to stay here. Overall, everything was good. We got a welcome snack and drink for that price, super worth it. There's also a restaurant on the 5th floor, with a varied menu, portions, and prices. You can also have it delivered to your room, so you don't have to go to the trouble of picking it up. The staff service was excellent; everyone was friendly and helpful. Yesterday, when I checked in, I happened to find my bedcover a bit dirty. I immediately asked for a replacement, and the staff replaced it in less than 15 minutes. The room amenities were quite complete, and the lighting was excellent. I chose a deluxe room. I expected a deluxe to be quite spacious, but yesterday, I found it to be a bit smaller. I can only imagine the superior room. Next time I come here, I'll try the super deluxe. The paint on the walls of the room is peeling slightly, and I know it's not dirty, but damp. The bathroom has a water heater. Keep the room comfortable, and it's safe, Azza. Transum isn't far from the hotel either. Yesterday, I walked from Mangga Besar Street to the hotel, which took about 15 minutes. So, for those of you who don't have a car, Transum is safe.
