the swimming pool is clean and not too crowded

The room is as per the photo, the bed is clean, access everywhere is okay. Highly recommend if you want to book at Rio Property even though the reception is not friendly 👍

Apartment with TV room, kitchen, 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom. The location is behind AEON Sentul city. There is also a food court in the area near the apartment. Swimming pool facilities.. Awesome.

The staff is not friendly, seems rude. The mattress is hard, the pillows are thin and hard, it seems like they haven't been changed for a long time. The room atmosphere is stuffy.

Comfortable enough for a 2 bedroom, but there is no stove, there is a dispenser but no gallon, you have to buy your own gallon. Eating utensils are available but there is no dishwashing soap

The TV remote is dead so I can't watch TV, the TV is on but I can't change channels.

It can be an alternative for backpackers, cheap price and decent room. Close to the culinary center of Sentul Market, lots of food around it. Just walk to Aeon Mall Sentul.

The location of the apartment is close to Aeon and the center of Sentul, only the Alfamart inside the apartment is a bit hidden near the pool.

Check in December 25-24 and check out December 26-24. The apartment location is easy to reach and close to the mall. But unfortunately the room facilities are not good. TV cannot be accessed. The bed sheets have not been replaced and smell musty. The bathroom door is broken. Only 2 towels were given even though we booked for 4 people. The towels are also rough and torn. At night there was wind that hit the door because the outside window of the room had no glass. And that was very disturbing. Oh yes, there was no drinking water at all. The receptionist from Rio Property was also slow to respond even though they claimed 24 hours

Close to shopping center area. Easy to contact the agent to get the room key

The room is clean, fragrant, friendly staff, got 1 towel, toothbrush soap and shampoo, very close to Aeon Mall, just cross the street. It's pretty good for that price
