The rooms are clean, comfortable, less than a day, it feels like rice in a 5 star hotel.

The hotel was really good when we stayed in the room at Jiyo. The bed and soft linen are really a 5 star standard until the sleep is really sound. The little one and his brother are having fun watching Avengers on a big 42” Android TV. The AC is Sharp/Daikin super cold. The hot water is grabbing fast, you don't have to wait long. You often kingjow with friends at the Relax Guest Room on each level & the Sky lounge on the 4th floor. There is now a garden on the 2nd floor with lots of greenery. Not to mention that at night we karaoke and watched Hollywood movies at the Cafe restaurant on the 1st floor. The Mini Market is a plus, we don't have to go anywhere. Close to the hawker center at Pengkolan, a 10-minute walk and a traditional bear market to buy morning snacks. I say its worth it to stay and value to value. Receptionist and guard 24 hours. Recommended for families and business people to stay because it is in the city center of Medan and value for money. Cheers.

When I arrived the hotel at 2 Am and we nocked the door and asked for check in after about one our waiting they told us: Sorry your reserved room under maintenance!
